Well I FORGOT! Yes, it's the first time EVER that I completely forgot about "Springing Ahead" Grrrrrrr! So as we were driving to church and we were less then 2 blocks away it dawned on me....We're an HOUR LATE!!!!! And of course today was the monthly church potluck (and of course I made 36 mini cheesey biscuits to share) and of course we're just getting to know folks in this church (we're new).......so Mark says "Well we could just go to the potluck?" "Ummmm NO...I can't walk in an hour late. That would be way to embarrassing. This is bad enough!" So we make a U-turn and home we go.
Anyone want some cheesey biscuits :-)
PS. And yes, the FIRST thing I did when I got home was go around and change ALL the clocks!
PPS. But the best part is that it's now 7:50PM and it's still light outside! Wahoooooo!

I did that one year. O.K., maybe two. Every year only half our clocks get changed to it's a different time zone depending on which room you are in. It makes getting ready for work interesting! And I want some cheesy biscuits. Yum!
Cheesy biscuits sound great. I did not forget, but I think a lot of people did. There was no one in the grocery store today. I was dreading the trip, but it was easy. Of course it threw Shea's schedule off. Who needs sleep anyway.

You have to get one of those cool clocks that change themselves, that is what saved our butts. I just replaced hubbies alarm clock this Christmas with an anatomic? Now he has no excuse for sleeping in - if that should ever happen NOT! One thing, he doesn't ever sleep in even on weekends and two the kids make sure we don't sleep in even on weekends :)
You should have still made the potluck, I bet no one would have said anything about you being late, especially if you had food in hand :)
