Feed them and they will grow!

Well here we go...Kylie is 1 month shy of her 5th birthday (WoW!) and here are her stats. Again let me repeat "I have a GREAT future in hemming"!!!!!

At 4 years and 11 months:
Kylie is 34.8 pounds, and that is at the 17th percentile for weight.
Can you say ALL MUSCLE! If only I had 1/2 her abs!
Kylie is 40.75 inches tall, and that is at the 20th percentile for height. YEA! We can ride the kiddie rides at WDW in December (we needed to hit 40"!).

She had to get her last booster shot for chicken pox and now we're good till she turns 11 or so (oh and of course annual flu shots). So my "baby" is growing up. (sniff sniff!) School starts next Wednesday (Pre K). Her teacher came last night for a home visit and is super sweet. I think Kylie is gonna love it! Heck I think I would love it!

08/08/08!!!!!

Well the Olympics have offically started. YEA! And if you missed the Opening Ceremonies you missed out on something truly spectacular! WoW! Is all I can say. I am gonna look for a copy of it someway somehow so I can share it with Kylie when she's old enough to sit longer then 15 minutes and truly enjoy her homeland. WoW! What a GREAT GREAT show. Now bring on the games!!!! PS. Thanks to "Catherine's Chatter" (Oh Canada!) for letting me copy this logo.

Oh And anything not in the mainstream. When we came home from China in 2004 the Olympics got me thru jet lag. So as Kylie and I sat on the couch between 2-3 AM we watched all the NON prime time sports. They're GRRRREAT!

Now this Olympic junkie is headed to bed...BRING ON THE GAMES!

What is this day all about????

Well first it is my mom's birthday...Happy 66th MOM!

And Sorry Mom but more importantly it is the 4th anniversary of the Munsinger 3 becoming a family. On this day 4 years ago in Nanchang, China an almost 10 mos. little girl was placed into the arms of a sobbing lady from Kalispell, MT. ME! And I became a mom to a beautiful little girl named Guo, Hui Mei (or as we phonetically called her...Gooey Hooey May!) from Guixi, China. If only we both knew what we were getting ourselves into....a life full of lots of love, laughter and smiles. This little girl is now known as Pookie who is now 4 3/4 going on 21 and is ready to rule the world. But for now she rules the hearts in her Momma and Daddy's world.

We can't imagine life without her.

August 2nd will forever be known as Kylie Day!
