"Higher Daddy higher!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Look I'm as big as my jumper!"

Do you think?

Well we've come a long way since last year. Do you think she "understands" presents this year? Last year it was so overwhelming we opened one present a night for a week. Well NOT this year.

Kylie was a Turkey at her Tday program for school. She made her hat and the goody bag (which was full of popcorn)
The whole class. Kylie is in the back row...4th from the right. Why the teacher put her in the back row?? We couldn't hardly see her. Little peep sqeak! The class is 3-5 years olds.

Our night away for Tday

We decided to try some of our own family traditions for this year's Thanksgiving so we drove down Thanksgiving Day morning and spent the night here. We had a great time. It was a cold day and the hot tubs were so nice and warm. Kylie spent at least 2 hours in them before we said "OUT!". The hotel served a buffet style HOME cooked Thanksgiving dinner with ALL the trimmings. It was delish! Tho' our rooms were rustic...we had a king sized bed (BIG PLUS for tall folks!) and cable TV. So it was almost like home but no dishes to do. Whoo hoo! We then got up and drove home the next day in time to hit some of "Black Friday" shopping (BIG MISTAKE too!) and our annual Christmas parade that night. So all and all a GREAT time was had.

The "fancy" heater in our historic hotel room. It had been off since the day before and boy was it CHILLY in our room. So Kylie propped herself in front of it and kept switching sides to warm up.
We had two adjoining rooms. This was Kylie's bed...a day bed. She thought it was pretty cool!
Oh and this was the "fancy" bathing apparatus in our historic hotel room. A claw foot bathtub. Yup, no shower. It was so deep. It was all Kylie could do to wait to get in it.
