Happy 4th of July

When I went in to wake Kylie up to get ready to go downtown for the parade this was our conversation.  A little earlier then normal but still only 7:45AM.

Momma: "Wake up Kylie it's the 4th of July and we get to celebrate being Americans."
Kylie: Rolling over and NOT ready to get up! "Yah, but I'm Chinese!"
Momma: "Yah but, You're Chinese AMERICAN so get up!"

Today on our way home from church Kylie so matter of factly informed us..."I don't want to live in a house with wheels on it on the top of hill.  That would be scary!"

Hmmmm wonder where that came from? But we happily agreed with her.

Ok, so I am throwing up my hands in defeat at trying to get this picture turned the right way....cock your head.  OY!  The last day of Art Around the World class and Kylie made a cat pinatta* this year.  She LOVES this class!
* Note from Kylie: " No, this will NOT be filled with candy.  It is to keep my Panda Bear company."  Panda was made last year.
