"Big girl" chest of drawers and an Armoire. No more "screw it yourself" junk furniture from the box stores for me. Don't get me wrong that stuff works just fine and our old one is going into Kylie's room but this is my first real furniture EVER. I love it! It took some serious shopping to find it but it works perfectly.

Look what Momma got!

Can you say.......
This is what we saw last night when we checked on Kylie. On her head is "Neigh Neigh" (1/2 of the dual Neigh Neigh Dog...Dog is laying to her right) And her beloved "Lammie" is sticking his "poe poe" in her face. I'm sure she crashed and all she could do was remove her "sucky" finger from her mouth. So everyone slept where they were. Too too funny! Playing at Nana's is tough work some days!

Tummy vs China
I thought I would share a conversation I had with Kylie the other morning....
Kylie: How come Nela (also from China) is shorter then me when we're the same age?
Momma: Because Kylie remember some people are taller and shorter then others. Like Auntie is shorter then Momma.
Kylie: Yes Momma, but Auntie is younger then you. (Gee thanks for pointing that out!)
Momma: Well Kylie when you're like 18-19 years old you'll be full grown and we will know how tall you're going to be.
Kylie: (Thinking about this) Oh then I'll be all grown up and can go to China and "get" TWO babies.
Momma: (Pondering this) Well yes Kylie you will be all grown up in SIZE but not in age yet. And you have to be at least 30 years old to go to China and "get" babies. Don't you want to have a tummy baby (what we call pregnancy).
Kylie: Nope! I'm going to China to get TWO baby girls (and you'll help me take care of them) and when they're all grown up Rachel and Megan (twins who are 3 mos old now) will be able to play with them.
Momma: Well Kylie what about a boy? Would you like a boy instead of a girl?
Kylie: Hmmmm...well maybe but I for sure want TWO girls from China.
Momma: Well first of all you will have to grow up and find a husband. Should Momma and Daddy find one for you?
Kylie: No, I can do it.
This has been a recurrent conversation...Tummy babies vs "going to China" And Kylie is adamant she IS GOING to China like Momma did. Only time will tell. But this will be a great story for her to read when she is old enough to have/get babies :-)

Do you have a "Whoo Hoo"?
This is what Mrs. Martin (Kylie's art teacher) told her a paper towel tube is called. You know why? Because it's what you say thru it "Whooo hooooo"
Tee hee!
Now back to our regularly scheduled program of counting the days till Christmas...
We're almost there Whooo hoooo!
