For my 40th bithday we're going to Jamaica for 10 whole days! This resort is Negril, Jamaica and it's an all inclusive by Beaches. Click on Beaches to look at the site. Yes, my birthday is not until February 2008 but wanted to make sure we got a good room/rates AND decent priced airfares. Yea!!! United is now flying into the Flathead! So we're booked and counting the days till we leave (not counting the days till I turn 40 either!!!!).

Thoughts from a slacker....

Geesh! Where have I been? No posts since last Wednesday! How dare I? Well here goes...some reasons to my slacking besides just being too darn lazy! This coming week Nana aka my FREE babysitter is gone to a "class" reunion so I have to get in some work where I can, Kylie is getting her teeth cleaned, haircut AND going to tumbling class ALL on Tuesday (that's tomorrow), and the dogs are getting their hair cut on Thur., story time is Wed. annnnd we a have a play date for Friday AM. Ooooh and I still need to get some kind of window coverings for our newly painted front room otherwise we might die from heat! This past Sunday we went out to the lake to visit Mark and get the Kiwanis Lodge open for the season (Kylie and I ate and waded while others did yard work...oh life with a toddler is so easy some days!). Sat. we were just plain ol' lazy and didn't do much of anything cuz' it's been so DARN HOT! Highs in the 90's and it's only June. Hmmmmm other than housework and laziness nothin' much new goin' on around here. Sure hope your summer is shaping up to be a busy as ours is gonna be. Sorry would've posted some new pictures but the camera is out in the car and you guessed it..... I'm too lazy to go and get it. So now you know we're still alive, Kylie is STILL talking and Mark is still busy with work. So check in, drop me a note or just hang out 'cuz more is still to come from the Munsingers.

Painting pictures

Well you asked for it and here are some pictures of my GOOD intentions to paint this weekend. So ALL day Saturday I vegged! I watched "CSI - Las Vegas" and did 5 loads of laundry and changed sheets (so I guess I was a little productive). So here's to TUESDAY and getting more paint and finishing what I started.

Home from las Vegas

The Excalibur Hotel where we stayed. Or as Kylie liked to call it "The Castle" We were in the left tower on the 12 th floor overlooking the strip.

Well we made it too Las Vegas and back again. And all I can say is it was HOT HOT HOT!!!! It was 100+ everyday! And I don't care if you say it's a DRY heat it's still HOT! And waaaaay too many people for me! Traffic was atrocious! We had a good trip but was I ever ready to come home again. After 5 days in a hotel room and eating in restaurants with a 3 1/2 year old I was thinking my so called "boring" life in good ol' MT. was looking pretty darn good! We played in the pool. Kylie and daddy found the arcade while mommy was at meetings. And Kylie is now and unofficial arcade junkie. The last day we were there she came into our room and stated "Momma look at all the booty I won" Eeeek! And by booty we mean stuffed animals and trinkets. Real treasures to a 3 1/2 year old! Kylie's other favorite past time was to go to the World of M&M store and watch the free 3-D movie. Which she and daddy did 3 times. By the last time she had the 3-D part figured out and was reaching out for the flying items. More Pictures here! (Click on the "here" word) But the lights were pretty, the warm was comfortable for about the first 10 minutes and we had our fill of buffets (only good part here was Kylie ate FREE! YEA!) and I can honestly say I did not spend ONE penny gambling. And believe me I could have since there are now 1 cent slot machines Geesh! Anyway more to come in the following days! But we're back from Sin City and not a story to tell. Oh the exciting life we lead!

Kylie decided to "help" me by moving in her stool and trying to sleep on it and jsut watch me cook dinner.
